Who Is Improveasy?
Founded by Austin Barcley in 2011, Improveasy has evolved from a local startup into a national leader in energy efficiency, having installed over £170 million worth of measures across the UK.
At the heart of its mission is the delivery of ECO-funded upgrades, particularly under the current ECO4 scheme, which helps eligible households access free improvements, such as solar panels, air source heat pumps and boilers, to reduce energy bills and carbon emissions.
Beyond eligibility-based support, Improveasy also offers expert guidance and installation services for homeowners who want to invest in renewable technologies independently. Improveasy’s team ensures that every installation meets the highest standards, helping customers reduce reliance on fossil fuels and future-proof their homes. Whether through grant-funded upgrades or private investment, Improveasy is driving the UK’s transition to cleaner, more efficient energy – one home at a time.
Terms & Conditions
Eligibility Criteria
- Nominations must be submitted by individuals aged 18 or over.
- Only kids football teams within Greater Manchester are eligible.
Submission Guidelines
- Incomplete or inaccurate nominations may be disqualified.
- Only one nomination per team per month is allowed.
Prize Details
- The winning team will receive one of the following prize packages:
- 15 branded kits including 1 goalkeeper kit
- 2 branded nets
- 10 branded balls
- Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Winner Selection
- Winners will be selected based on the strength of the nomination and at the discretion of the judging panel.
- The winning team will be announced in the following month’s edition of UWS.
