We handle everything as homeowners speak to us directly. Once we’ve agreed the finance with your customer, you get paid in full from us.

Do I need to be FCA authorised?

You don’t need to be FCA authorised to onboard with us at Improveasy. Your company will be registered either as an appointed representative or an introducer, and we will take care of this for you.

How soon can I offer finance?

Five days. This is based on FCA regulations and our diligent documentation processing.

What if I don't know how to offer finance?

Complete one-to-one training is covered in our onboarding process. You have every opportunity to ask any question that may be on your mind. At any point in the process we will always be available to guide you.

What happens if my customer falls behind on payments?

There are no consequences for installers. You do not need to chase payments and you will also still be paid from Improveasy. As the lender, it is our role to chase the end customer for payments. The only consequences the end customer will receive are a hit on their credit score and possibly a CCJ.
