The Boiler Upgrade Scheme is the UK’s primary grant for heat pump installations. It offers:
- £7,500 towards the cost of installing an air source or ground source heat pump.
- Available to homeowners in England and Wales.
- Must be replacing a fossil fuel system (e.g. gas, oil, LPG, electric).
- Requires a valid Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) with no outstanding insulation recommendations.
