Heat Pump Installation

As an MCS-certified installer, Improveasy can access the government’s Boiler Upgrade Scheme (BUS) on your behalf, providing a grant of up to £7,500 toward the cost of installing an air source heat pump. We manage the entire process, including all Ofgem paperwork, so there’s nothing for you to chase.

Grant Funding for Landlords

There is government grant funding available to help landlords over the cost of energy efficiency upgrades, and Improveasy will check your eligibility as part of the assessment process, at no cost and with no obligation. Plus, we can also check whether your property qualifes for the Octopus Tenant Power tariff to reduce their bills further. 

Boiler Upgrade Scheme (BUS) – up to £7,500

The government’s BUS provides a grant of up to £7,500 toward the cost of installing an air source heat pump. As an MCS-certified installer, Improveasy manages the entire process, including all Ofgem paperwork, on your behalf. The scheme runs until 2030. 

Other Funding Routes

Depending on your property and your tenants’ circumstances, other funding routes may also be available. Our team will check eligibility across all relevant schemes as part of your assessment.
