Improveasy is proud to be an Octopus Energy Cosy accredited installer a status held by only a small number of specialist providers across the UK.
Cosy accreditation recognises installers who meet exceptionally high standards for:
This accreditation positions Improveasy as a trusted delivery partner for utilities seeking best‑in‑class heat pump installation aligned with Octopus Energy’s standards.
Why this matters to our utility partners:
Improveasy is a certified delivery partner for British Gas, one of the UK’s largest obligated energy suppliers under the Energy Company Obligation (ECO) scheme. As an obligated supplier, British Gas is required by the government to fund and deliver energy efficiency improvements to eligible low-income and vulnerable households. To do this, they rely on a network of approved, accredited installers to carry out the work on the ground.
That’s where Improveasy comes in. To deliver ECO-funded measures on behalf of British Gas, installers must hold PAS2030:2035 certification, MCS accreditation (for heat pumps and solar), and TrustMark registration, all of which Improveasy holds. This means we can survey eligible properties, manage the full installation process, and submit the necessary evidence to meet British Gas’s compliance and reporting requirements.
What this means for utility partners working with Improveasy:
Programme Scoping & Objectives
Align delivery approach with supplier obligations, targets and timelines.
Mobilisation & Installer Network Setup

Our operations are underpinned by FCA-regulated finance capability (where applicable) and robust delivery frameworks fully aligned with PAS2035, TrustMark, and MCS standards.
Furthermore, we maintain a steadfast commitment to the highest safeguarding and resident-engagement standards to ensure quality and trust at every stage of the process.
