Creating your account takes around 2 minutes. Once submitted your application is reviewed and approved by our team — typically within 60 minutes. You'll receive a text and email the moment you're approved and can start registering properties straight away.

The Improveasy app simply gives you a way to register the property, send the homeowner a free energy report, and book a follow-up call — all in around 5 minutes. No selling, no installation work, no chasing clients. Improveasy handles everything after you submit.

Commission varies depending on which improvements are installed. The rates are:

• Solar PV — £500
• Air Source Heat Pump — £500
• New Gas Boiler — £100
• Battery Storage — £100
• Cavity Wall Insulation — £50
• Loft Insulation — £30

If a property has multiple measures installed you earn commission on each one. A single property could generate up to £1,200 in commission.*

Commission is released once an installation has been completed at the property. You'll receive a push notification the moment your commission is released. Payment goes directly to the bank account you've added in your account settings. No chasing, no invoicing, no admin.

Yes — Improveasy will refund your EPC assessment fee up to £100 for any client who proceeds with a recommended improvement through the app. To qualify the assessment must be completed by a registered Improveasy assessor and the client must proceed with an improvement. You're already doing the assessment — now get paid for that too.*

Every registered assessor receives a unique referrer code. When you register a property and book a call, your code is automatically applied. Your client receives 10% off any installation and your commission is tied back to you. The code is your unique identifier — every completed job is attributed to you through it.

No commission is payable if no installation takes place — but there is no cost or penalty to you. The free energy report has already been sent to your client and Improveasy will continue to follow up. If circumstances change and the client proceeds in the future, you can re-register the property and your referral will be attributed correctly.

Once you register a property and send the free energy guide:

• The homeowner receives a personalised energy report by email
• You book a free energy advisor call on their behalf (or Improveasy follows up within 24 hours)
• Improveasy contacts the homeowner, checks grant eligibility, and arranges a free survey if they wish to proceed
• Our certified team carries out the installation
